Once you've found the item you wish to purchase, click the "buy it now"
button. This will place the item in your shopping cart. When you are
ready to check out, simply click the "Proceed To Checkout" button below the
list of items in your Shopping Cart. Follow the online prompts that will
take you through the account setup process and then submit your order.
How do I change my email address or password?
For security purposes, you cannot change you login/email address. You may change your password however at any time. Log-on using your current email and password. Then look in the upper right-hand area of the homepage. You will see your name as "Welcome Your Name!", click on your name and it will take you to your profile screen. Use the Profile screen to modify your password. You may set up a new account if you have a new email address (again, this is for your security). You may contact customer service for assistance with your password or with setting-up a new account. Please call 1-800-546-2995 Monday-Friday 8-5 Central Standard Time, or if you forget your password you may request your password to be sent to your email address when you log into the website.

How do I change my mailing address?
Log-on using your current email and password. Then look in the upper right-hand area of the homepage. You will see your name as "Welcome Your Name!", click on your name and it will take you to your profile screen. Underneath the red "Save Changes" button, you will see "My Address", click on it, change your address, and then click the red "Save Changes" button.
How do I check my order history?
Log-in, then go to "Help". On the left-hand side of the page, upper corner, under "Shopping Tools" click "Order History". This screen will list items along with your order number. When calling customer service regarding your order please have your order number. How long will it take to receive my order?
Thank you for ordering from Whitman Publishing. Your order will ship within 48 hours of placing your order during normal business days Monday-Friday. You should receive your order 3-7 business days.
