Tracking Your Package

Log-in, then go to "Help". On the left-hand side of the page, upper corner, under "Shopping Tools" click "Order History". This screen will list items along with your order number. Then click the "UPS" link and your order will be tracked automatically at the UPS site. Or you may contact customer service at 866-68-BOOKS or 866-682-6657 for assistance with tracking your order. Business hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 Central Standard Time.

Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping and Handling (US)
• Orders under $50.00 add $5.95
• Orders over $50.00 add $7.95
• Orders over $150.00 add $9.95
• Orders over $300.00 add $12.95

Non-Domestic and International Shipping and Handling
• Alaska and Hawaii - $15.00 covers the first pound, each additional pound $1.65
• Puerto Rico - $15.00 covers the first pound, each additional pound $1.75
• International (including Canada) - Up to 3 pounds, $7.00 plus $1.75 per pound
  Over 3 pounds, $20.00 plus $2.89 per pound
